Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Orders Above ₹1,500: Free shipping across India.
Orders Below ₹1,500: ₹50 shipping charge applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹200 advance payment required to confirm COD orders.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

To prevent COD abuse, we require a ₹200 advance payment for all COD orders. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.

If the advance payment is not completed within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.
Non-acceptance of COD orders may result in a restriction on future COD purchases.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your package in real time.

We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post.
Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our policy.
